Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at commonjoy.mom. I want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.
Process:

Refunds:
Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable period. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
