1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including all tags.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the date you received the item.

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (we sent the wrong item).

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital products​ (e.g., eBooks, digital downloads, software).

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items on final sale or clearance (will be marked as such).

2. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:​ Email us at support@commonjoy.mom​ with your order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable (e.g., for damaged/defective items), photos of the product.

  2. Wait for Instructions:​ Our team will review your request and email you further instructions, including the return address (which may be the one listed above).

  3. Ship the Item:​ Once approved, ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

3. Refund Process

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • Once inspection is approved, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 3-7 business days​ for the refund to appear in your account after it is processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • The original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our mistake.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue a refund for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period.

  • Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or not in their original condition.

  • Any item not returned in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs (except in cases of our error).

  • Non-returnable items, as listed above.

5. Exchanges

We currently only process returns for refunds. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our site.
